The MAGAZINE SPREAD: Students were to research one of the many issues plaguing the environment. After writing a short paper of the topic, they explored options for conceptual imagery to illustrate the issue at hand. Images were then created and thumbnail drawings were produced utilizing various grid systems. A selected thumbnail was then turned into a tight color half-size drawing… and then digitally produced using Adobe InDesign software.
